The beach access is fantastic. Customer service was lacking and the room felt outdated and noisy.

we were surprised to find Ramada staff very nice, the room comfortable and clean. the pool was very nice too. location not great, but beautiful beach.

The location of Ramada was perfect for my visit to City of Sunny Isles Beach. The first-class amenities and multilingual customer service agents exceeded my expectations. I particularly liked the accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, and bar.
Room's bathroom door didn't lock.

Great beachfront location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent pool and beach facilities, friendly and supportive staff.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.
